As a Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex, high-impact policy escalations, demonstrating expertise and sound judgment.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing emerging policy issues, assessing their potential impact on the business and users.
  • Establishing, managing, and implementing global product policies and standards, incorporating regional considerations and cultural nuances.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products, features, and processes that uphold user trust and comply with established policies.
  • Developing and implementing product policies and standards across a diverse range of products in partnership with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Participating in investigations and responding to inquiries from external parties, ensuring thorough review and timely resolution.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in regulatory processes, communication skills, community knowledge, logical thinking, stakeholder relations and influence, policy fundamentals, language fluency, and crisis management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $101.45 to $113 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
