This is a US-based remote position for a 10+ month engagement. There is a possibility of this role extending up to 18 months.

As a Data Analyst, you will dive deep into campaign data, using your analytical prowess to understand user behavior, identify performance drivers, and uncover opportunities for optimization. You will contribute to a key project focused on developing new data measurement techniques for retention and engagement emails, directly impacting how the company connects with its audience. Your insights will shape marketing strategies, influence product development, and ultimately contribute to the company’s overall success.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis of email campaigns to understand audience behaviors, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.
- Research and refine personalized targeting signals using cross-channel data sources.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to align on data requirements, insights, and targeting strategies.
- Explore large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable targeting opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports, including generating insights and data storytelling for presentations.
- Research data sources to define campaign audiences, contributing to the planning phase before campaign launches.
- Prepare data, create presentations, and communicate complex analysis results to stakeholders.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of overall experience in data analysis.
- 5+ years of experience with advanced Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, some statistical analysis).
- 2-3 years of experience with Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience creating clear and effective presentations with PowerPoint to communicate data analysis findings.
- Ability to work during PST core hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Ads platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
