This role offers the exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical team within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the US immigration team, working on high-volume operations and ensuring a seamless experience for employees. This role provides valuable exposure to the legal field and offers the chance to develop autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the US immigration team, managing a high volume of tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a seamless workflow and positive working relationships.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and document processes using OneNote, contributing to the team’s efficiency and knowledge management.
  • Prioritize and manage work effectively, demonstrating a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and mutual support.
  • May require lifting up to 20 lbs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1+ years of experience using productivity tools
  • 1+ years of experience in building and documenting processes.
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume operations, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • High GPA.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage work effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.37 to $23.75 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
