As a Workspace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the face of the company, creating a positive and efficient environment for everyone who steps into the Bellevue Hub. As a Workspace Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Greet guests, clients, and team members with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Partner with the Physical Security Team to manage visitor access and ensure a secure environment.
  • Coordinate vendor visits, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage essential office functions, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and shipping arrangements.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to internal service requests, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Maintain the pristine condition of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, coordinating with facilities for upkeep.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, budgets, and purchasing, demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, non-desk-bound environment, adapting to various tasks and situations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to move around the facility, including walking, standing, and potentially climbing stairs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18.24 to $20.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
