This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to:
- Lead the Charge: Spearhead the rhythm of business for device portfolio assortment, collaborating with sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Facilitate key stakeholder meetings, manage agendas, and track action items to maintain momentum and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Master the Details: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies for complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Champion Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows across global stakeholders.
- Be the Data Guru: Track and analyze key performance indicators, creating executive-level dashboards and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Embrace Change: Support the rollout of new assortment frameworks, tools, and processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the rhythm of business for device portfolio assortment across various teams.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators, creating executive dashboards and reports.
- Support the rollout and implementation of new assortment frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating risks and driving continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, data reporting, and category/product support.
- 8+ years of experience in consumer retail, silicon, or device partner engagement.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills in portfolio planning, data visualization, and reporting.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with consumer device sales channels and assortment planning.
- Experience supporting product marketing or category management teams.
- Background in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.56 to $58.41 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
