As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to execution. You’ll be responsible for creating clear, concise documentation, including use cases, competitive analyses, and detailed product requirements. Your insights will inform critical business decisions and shape the development of cutting-edge financial solutions. What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business architects and product leads to gather and analyze business needs.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, competitive analyses, and product requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis and define requirements for system enhancements.
• Document business needs and assess the impact of development on existing systems.
• Collaborate with programmers and users to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and updating of training materials and user manuals.
• Provide daily production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system problems.
• Participate in a variety of projects, including conversions, mergers, maintenance, and development initiatives.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience creating clear and concise documentation.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
