This role focuses on enhancing the user experience of two vital internal platforms. You will be the go-to person for content change requests, ensuring seamless updates and clear communication across teams. Your meticulous project management skills and keen eye for detail will be essential in maintaining content integrity and optimizing user journeys. Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and stakeholders to craft compelling content that empowers employees and streamlines their workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project subject matter experts and platform owners to optimize the user experience and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop and update content in partnership with subject matter experts, conveying key information clearly and concisely while adhering to style guidelines.
  • Manage content change requests and oversee the content workflow.
  • Prioritize and track incoming content change requests using ticketing systems.
  • Facilitate content reviews with subject matter experts, editors, and relevant teams (e.g., Privacy, Legal).
  • Proactively track, prioritize, and escalate tickets as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance sessions and actively participate in team meetings.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes for content development and quality assurance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms.
  • Proven experience with task management/ticketing systems.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise copy (UX writing experience is a plus).
  • Strong editing skills and experience implementing style guidelines.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing processes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.95 to $69.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
