As a Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind highly effective Agile development teams. Your expertise in facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, and fostering continuous improvement will be essential to delivering high-quality products on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Agile Charge: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
- Master of Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration within and between cross-functional teams, promoting open communication and transparency. Facilitate discussions and guide decision-making to achieve project success.
- Obstacle Remover: Proactively identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient value delivery.
- Champion of Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging reflection, feedback, and the adoption of best practices to enhance team performance.
- Metrics Guru: Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics, providing valuable insights into performance and contributing to data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Whisperer: Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business goals and development efforts.
- Agile Coach: Provide training and coaching on Agile principles and practices, mentoring team members in Agile adoption and fostering their professional growth.
- Team Optimizer: Guide the development of Agile teams into high-performing delivery units, ensuring process evolution aligns with organizational guidelines and standards.
- Conflict Navigator: Resolve conflicts through skillful arbitration, negotiation, and reasoned discussion, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Problem Solver: Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and team dysfunctions, facilitating swift resolutions to maintain momentum.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of technically relevant work experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.39 to $69.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
