As a Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll be the driving force behind data-driven decisions, optimizing marketplace service, and revolutionizing efficiency within North America’s Trade & Transportation team. Collaborate with a team of experts, and leverage cutting-edge analytics to shape the future of supply chain.
As an Insights Senior Analyst, you will:

• Oversee and maintain centralized transportation data reporting, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, structured data for informed decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance data, uncovering actionable insights to optimize the transportation network through analytical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support business operations, including spend forecasting, volume/spend analytics, and vendor selection/allocation strategies.
• Spearhead large-scale analytical projects, conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic discussions, and support capability development to drive business growth and performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• 5+ years of progressive analytics experience in logistics
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, 4+ years of experience in Python, 2+ years of experience in Databricks, 4+ years of experience in Tableau
• Expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and integration processes
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, identify variances, and recommend preventative solutions
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to simplify complex analytics for diverse audiences and achieve cross-functional buy-in

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Transportation or Supply Chain industry
• 1+ year of Airtable experience
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Consulting or Finance experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
