Become a critical part of a global icon’s supply chain, optimizing product flow and ensuring the right goods reach the right place at the right time. As a Demand Planner, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue and maximizing consumer satisfaction. Partnering with key stakeholders across various teams, you will use data-driven insights to shape allocation strategies and achieve company-wide financial goals.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing seasonal flow and allocation plans based on consumer trends, strategic initiatives, and revenue targets.
- Creating style/color/size level load-in and replenishment strategies for all locations.
- Monitoring weekly store performance, adjusting allocation units as needed to address variances and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify and execute in-season opportunities to maximize full-price sales.
- Maintaining balanced inventory levels with optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS) across the network.
- Providing input to the Assortment Planning team on size curve opportunities during pre-season order entry.
- Supporting timely and accurate execution for new store openings.
- Partnering with Merchandise Planning and Merchandising teams to prioritize allocation of essential and seasonal products.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of directly relevant work experience in allocation planning or a related field. One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
- Proven ability to use data analysis to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively.
- Solid understanding of merchandise, consumer dynamics, and financial planning principles.
- Strong understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning
- Experience in allocation planning
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.68 to $35.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
