In this exciting role, you will:
- Spearhead key initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating across teams to drive alignment and accelerate progress.
- Partner closely with functional leaders, product managers, and leadership to implement strategic recommendations and drive tangible results.
- Analyze and interpret emerging trends in the future of work, translating market insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactively identify and address critical business challenges, developing innovative solutions and building consensus among stakeholders.
- Design and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring alignment across functions and regions.
- Establish and manage key operational processes, including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, and budget management.
- Optimize business performance by conducting in-depth strategic analysis and driving best-in-class execution.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information to develop compelling business recommendations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in effective questioning, business insights and analysis, business area knowledge, systems analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in KPIs, change management, leadership alignment and stakeholder influence, project management skills, and negotiation.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $92.43 to $102.70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
