As a Program Manager, you will lead multiple programs that span beyond your immediate team and organization. You are proactive in identifying, organizing, and driving program initiatives and coordinating stakeholders to deliver impactful business, operational, and technical improvements. You are skilled at navigating ambiguity, scoping and phasing complex cross-functional and cross-organizational efforts, and managing downstream change initiatives. You ensure alignment among senior stakeholders and bring deep domain expertise to every stage of the program lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and own program charters across multiple teams, covering scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risk/dependency management for moderately complex initiatives.
  • Translate ambiguous goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones.
  • Assess the appropriate level of program management required for each initiative.
  • Develop project plans that break work into discrete, actionable phases, identify risks and dependencies, and align with stakeholder needs.
  • Determine effective program phasing and metrics that support continuous improvement, including efficient resource use.
  • Lead program tracking through regular checkpoints, dashboards, and performance metrics. Ensure stakeholders understand and support necessary shifts in direction.
  • Design and execute communication strategies tailored for executives and key partners. Confidently represent the program across all touchpoints.
  • Anticipate and plan for change management, including developing rollout plans, conducting impact analysis, and leading change adoption. Monitor progress and resolve misalignments proactively.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders to support informed and timely decision-making.
  • Manage prioritization conflicts and lead program-level escalations with clarity and confidence.
  • Collect and leverage relevant data to guide governance and inform stakeholder decisions. Maintain project trackers and status reports independently.
  • Execute program tasks with a focus on managing dependencies and incorporating best practices, including product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust.
  • Implement automation to improve velocity and program monitoring.
  • Establish clear program governance, including processes for risk mitigation, post-mortem analysis, and escalation handling.
  • Facilitate effective, goal-oriented program meetings with stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Portfolio Management 
  • Strong background in Organizational Change Management
  • Expertise in Communications and Stakeholder Management
  • Demonstrated ability in Program Planning and Execution
  • Solid governance and risk management skills
  • Strong Technical Judgment and understanding of cross-functional technology landscapes
  • Deep User Understanding and Empathy to drive user-centric solutions

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $115.37 to $128.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
