As a key member of the marketing team, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive product growth and user engagement. You’ll leverage your expertise in market analysis, user research, and go-to-market planning to launch successful campaigns and position products for maximum impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product development, and make a tangible contribution to the company’s overall success.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the development of marketing plans, prioritizing goals, and crafting positioning strategies to effectively engage target audiences.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, communications, and programs, analysing performance and optimizing for maximum impact.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall brand voice and user insights.
- Create compelling marketing content across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Act as a product expert, providing insights and guidance to internal and external partners.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, encompassing areas such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social media.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Proficiency in product positioning, consumer behaviour, campaign management, data analysis, storytelling, and go-to-market activities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch or Swedish is a big plus.
- Developing proficiency in brand management and client/partner management/advising.
- Proficiency in situational leadership, marketing briefs, and industry knowledge.
