Our client is seeking a full-time contract marketing graphic designer to partner with their internal Brand & Creative team.
In this role, you’ll bring the brand to life across a wide range of marketing touchpoints—from whitepapers and datasheets to social media assets, tradeshow booths, presentations, emails, landing pages, swag, templates, and brand elements like iconography and patterns.
The ideal candidate has a sharp, modern design sensibility, strong cross-disciplinary skills (print, digital, web), and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy and layout. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, jumps in to solve creative challenges, and collaborates with enthusiasm to elevate our brand presence.
Hours & Location
This role is a fully remote, full-time contract role, with an expected availability of 40 hours of each week.
Candidates must be based in the United States, preferably in Eastern or Central time zones, and are expected to provide their own workspace and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Design materials for online and offline marketing (including digital & print ads, tradeshow booths, slides, whitepapers, Canva templates, and more)
• Extend creative campaigns across different media and sizes, partnering closely with senior designers to ensure accuracy to campaign vision
• Accurately and consistently represent our brand across all digital and print materials
• Deliver design projects on time and proactively communicate status, roadblocks, and questions throughout the process
• Collaborate with stakeholders in design, video, content, product, digital marketing, and corporate events to uphold a consistent brand voice, tone, and personality
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3+ years’ experience in a design role, preferably in the B2B or technology sectors (freelance or in-house)
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing design projects, with a public facing portfolio
• Strong visual craftsmanship with a keen eye for hierarchy, layout, and readability
• Self-starter attitude, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Iterative mindset—comfortable exploring multiple solutions to a creative challenge and refining based on stakeholder feedback
• Exceptional attention to detail—from asking the right questions during creative briefings to delivering polished, error-free, on-brand assets
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and templates, as well as confidence making on-brand design decisions in open-ended scenarios
• Expertise in preparing digital and print files to spec for advertising & tradeshow applications
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), PowerPoint
• Intermediate experience with Figma
• Bonus: Familiarity with Asana and Canva
