A top ecommerce consultancy is looking for an Executive Growth Leader in Southern California to help build and scale their US market presence. In this role you will develop strategic partnerships, lead a high-performing team, and drive growth through innovative B2B strategies. 

Responsibilities

● Build and nurture strong B2B relationships and a robust partner ecosystem to drive growth.

● Own the US go-to-market plan.

● Analyze and report market trends, commercial metrics, and strategic outcomes to the global leadership team.

● Lead, develop, and inspire the US team.

● Optimize retention and lifetime value.

● Establish local operational processes, systems, and practices that scale.

● Design scalable operational infrastructure growth while protecting member experience.

● Stay ahead of ecommerce and AI innovation.

● Ensure compliance and risk management.

MUST-HAVES:

● At least five years’ senior ecommerce leadership experience with a major media platform, SaaS provider, or similar player, giving you a deep grasp of B2B marketing and sales across the ecommerce ecosystem.

● Proven success launching and rapidly scaling startups or high-growth ventures in new markets, ideally the United States, while navigating regulatory, cultural, and competitive challenges.

● Strong track record of building, guiding, and motivating cross-functional teams in fast-paced or startup environments, consistently lifting engagement and performance levels.

● Proven mastery of B2B, from shaping go-to-market strategy and running multi-channel campaigns to closing high-value enterprise partnerships.

● Founder or early-stage operator background that shows comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, and a bias for decisive action.

● Deep commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable KPIs, build accurate forecasts, and deliver against aggressive revenue, margin, and retention targets.
