About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will manage the day-to-day execution of entertainment and culture campaigns. You’ll collaborate with marketing and creative teams, overseeing creative development, production, and localization. Your ability to drive cross-functional alignment will be key to ensuring seamless campaign execution, from concept to delivery. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, anticipating potential roadblocks, and proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track. This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment and a knack for navigating complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the execution of small to medium-scale campaigns and programs, and provide support for larger, more complex initiatives.
- Lead campaign alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders, and global partners.
- Partner with and manage internal creative teams and/or external agencies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of creative assets across multiple channels.
- Co-manage campaign and program budget management and forecasting.
- Define, improve, implement, and utilize workflow tools and processes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated consumer marketing, campaign management, creative program/project management, or similar experience working with creative teams, preferably within a brand or entertainment entity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing teams.
- Experience in integrated, cross-channel deliverables, particularly within social media.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience in the entertainment industry, either at an agency or a studio.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Passion for entertainment, television/film, and the creator space.
- Knowledge of or proficiency with project management tools and programs (Smartsheet).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and post-production workflows.
- Awareness of basic legal and contracting parameters.
Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.34 to $74.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
