A global leader in cloud computing seeks a talented Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth and adoption of their cutting-edge Cloud Observability portfolio. As a Product Marketing Manager focused on Cloud Observability, you’ll be the voice of innovative solutions that empower businesses to ensure application performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. You’ll craft compelling narratives that resonate with developers, SREs, IT operators, and executive stakeholders, showcasing the power of these solutions in diverse cloud environments. This role offers the exciting opportunity to connect with and grow critical observability communities, both open-source and commercial, worldwide.
What You’ll Do:

  • Define and champion the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Cloud Observability solutions, addressing the needs of enterprises and developers in cloud-native and hybrid environments.
  • Develop impactful marketing assets, including product announcements, solution briefs, case studies, demos, and thought leadership content, to drive customer excitement and adoption.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with demand generation and sales teams to expand market reach and generate pipeline.
  • Create diverse content formats (written, video, presentations, interactive tools) to support go-to-market plans and educate the market.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities for differentiation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (product, growth, brand, or content).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in product marketing for enterprise software or cloud services, focused on developer or operations tooling.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise technology or software marketing experience in cloud or DevOps.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native application architectures, distributed systems, and modern observability principles (logs, metrics, traces, SRE practices).
  • Experience with open-source observability tools and related communities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Technical and business acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering, product management, and sales.
  • Experience planning and executing complex marketing programs, including budget management.
  • Proven ability as a product or technology advocate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.56 to $56.18 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
