The Creative Production Team of the Events Studios & Communities (ESC) organization is seeking an event project coordinator with practical experience to strengthen our growing team and help deliver world class events and keynotes. We seek individuals that can manage many programs simultaneously with proactive and reactive problem-solving skills to explore, create, and deliver event experiences. The project coordinator will play an important role assisting our team manage large-scale events with thousands of attendees.
In this role you will be a part of a team of producers creating impactful design experiences across our entire event portfolio, including key external events happening globally.
This role comprises a mix of organization, ability to see big picture while still focusing on details, strong follow-through, and passion for technology and events. You will be responsible for best-in-class event support for our book of events and engagements, and continuously driving event projects through to successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive production schedules.
• Function as a point of contact for assigned projects within the events ecosystem.
• Communicate project status and details regularly.
• Define, track, and report on the execution of projects.
• Coordinate logistics for all aspects of simultaneous events including working with 3rd party vendors, scheduling, meetings, asset backup and delivery.
• Schedule and drive all production schedules for each assigned project, coordinating closely with creative producers.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Creative Producer: Visual Communications Program Manager
• The candidate will have a degree in marketing or a related field with a focus on event management, or related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge & Outlook).
• Organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
• The candidate must be a self-starter, master multi-tasker, a great communicator, and a proactive planner to succeed.
• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment via exceptional time management skills is critical.
• The ability to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently is a must.
• Strong interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• A high level of enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and drive for results.
• All candidates must have a positive and team-oriented attitude to contribute effectively.
