A global leader in retail and E-commerce, partnered with Aquent, is seeking a skilled Digital Media Campaign Manager to join their growing advertising team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how brands connect with customers, driving conversions and building brand recognition through innovative digital strategies. This exciting role will empower you to own the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to optimization and analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, analytics, and account management, to develop data-driven strategies that maximize campaign performance and exceed client expectations. Your expertise in digital media will be essential in crafting targeted campaigns across various channels, including display, mobile, social, search, and programmatic.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end digital media campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies for both upper-funnel (brand messaging) and lower-funnel (direct response) campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign metrics and measure success using internal analytics tools.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including addressing internal and external inquiries regarding campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with trafficking teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and tagging.
- Develop and present media plans for new client opportunities, leveraging strategic insights and best practices.
- Provide regular performance reports and optimization recommendations to sales teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on pre-production and live campaigns.
- Conduct monthly audits and manage billing/payment processes.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of professional end-to-end digital media campaign management experience.
- Experience managing daily campaign activities, including addressing inquiries regarding implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Proven ability to develop and execute media plans across various digital channels (social, display, mobile, search, programmatic).
- Hands-on experience with bid management, campaign optimization, and digital media operations across search and display platforms.
- Client-facing experience with a strong ability to identify and navigate through potential risks and issues.
- Experience collaborating effectively with integrated teams (account management, finance, sales, analytics).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations and best practices to partners.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management tools and ad servers.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.10 to $59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
