Responsibilities:

• Design compelling learning visuals and animations that enhance understanding and engagement.
• Optimize digital images and learning materials for seamless delivery across various platforms.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly templates and style guides to ensure consistency.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective visual designs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a web production environment within a large global company.
• BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Advanced knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.
• Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual storytelling principles.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong portfolio of work samples.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Animate and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of Flash and ActionScript.
• Illustration and animation skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $62.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
