Make a real impact on the security of a leading financial institution as a Senior IAM Analyst! Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a team dedicated to protecting sensitive information and ensuring secure access across a complex technology landscape. This role offers the chance to enhance your skills in identity and access management while contributing to a critical area of the business.

As a Senior IAM Analyst, you will be responsible for the design and operation of key identity and access management controls. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring access is granted on a least-privilege basis, safeguarding customer data and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This includes managing IAM for internal systems, applications, and cloud-based services. You will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities to improve IAM controls, reducing risk and increasing efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and operate a comprehensive identity and access management program encompassing identity lifecycle management, automated provisioning and reconciliation, auditing, reporting, user activity monitoring, access certification, segregation of duties, break glass procedures, password vaulting, privileged access management, SaaS access reporting, and single sign-on.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement enhanced IAM capabilities and automation tools, collaborating with vendors and infrastructure engineers.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement IAM policies, standards, and procedures, working with various teams to ensure alignment with information security program policy, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage user accounts, access groups, roles, and entitlements, and facilitate access certification across all business areas.
  • Define and support the onboarding process for new vendors, systems, and technology products, ensuring compliance with IAM policies.
  • Respond to inquiries from regulators, risk teams, and internal audit, providing evidence of control operation and ensuring timely remediation of findings.
  • Collaborate with senior business and IT leaders to enhance the maturity of IAM processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on IAM processes, demonstrating the design, operation, and effectiveness of controls.
  • Secure access to SaaS systems using cloud-native tools and built-in capabilities.
  • Integrate IAM controls with DevOps processes.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of transferable experience in IT, InfoSec, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Lifecycle Management operations and controls, including identity governance administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in access reviews, role owner reviews, access group reviews, SOX access controls, and privileged account access reviews.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting MS Active Directory Domain Services, Azure Active Directory, AD FS, and Active Directory Connect.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Privileged Identity Management processes.
  • Professional security management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
  • Demonstrated understanding of information security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with operating processes and procedures aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley, FFIEC, ISO 27001/2, FISMA, or NIST CSF controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of operational experience with CyberArk PAM.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
  • At least 1 year of scripting experience (PowerShell, JSON, Python, etc.).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.50 to $69.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
