As a Project Manager within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, collaborating with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Defining project objectives, roles, and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Partnering with senior executives (C-suite) and customers (SVP level) to identify optimal solutions, drive problem-solving, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Proactively tracking project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Building consensus across teams and organizations, developing contingency plans, and recommending solutions to complex challenges.
- Championing and enforcing project management best practices, including PMI methodologies and Agile principles.
- Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Applying lessons learned from previous projects to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Mentoring and developing project team members, promoting a culture of growth and collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of hands-on project management experience, leading complex business and technology projects, preferably within financial services or a corporate setting.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Hybrid) and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Jira, and Smartsheets.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Scrum Master certification and experience.
- Experience working with infrastructure teams (network, systems, desktop) or within technology environments related to retail branches.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.50 to $69.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
