As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will be immersed in the world of subscription services, diving deep into performance metrics and financial forecasting. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing valuable insights that drive strategic planning and optimize business outcomes. Your contributions will be essential to the team’s success in navigating the dynamic landscape of the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end actualization and roll-forward of financial files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the team to refresh and update key reports, scorecards, and presentations.
  • Conduct variance analysis, comparing forecasts to actuals across various business metrics (e.g., platform, publisher, title-level).
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and deliverables, providing data-driven insights to the broader team.
  • Document business processes and deliverables, maintaining clear records and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including experience with data modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
