Marketing Director – Brand & Product
�� Job Title: Director, Brand & Product Marketing
�� Location: Columbia, MD | Downtown Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN (On-site M–Th, WFH Fridays)
�� Compensation: $155,000–$165,000+ (commensurate with experience), bonus potential based on personal and company performance up to 25% of base. Additional 20% for long term investment bonus.

We’re looking for a Director of Brand & Product Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of mission-driven offerings. You’ll balance brand equity with product performance—defining and launching campaigns that connect, convert, and scale.
�� What You’ll Own
�� Go-to-Market Leadership
- Own and drive GTM strategy for new and existing products—translating market insights and positioning into actionable launch plans.
- Craft compelling product narratives and customer messaging tailored by segment, channel, and buyer stage.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to align positioning with market opportunity and differentiation.
�� Brand Strategy & Activation
- Shape and elevate brand identity across all touchpoints to increase awareness, trust, and long-term value.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent brand integration in product marketing and demand campaigns.
- Build bold brand campaigns that resonate emotionally and perform measurably.
�� Data-Driven Marketing & Campaign Management
- Use data and performance insights to guide strategic decision-making across campaign planning, segmentation, and creative optimization.
- Develop full-funnel digital and integrated marketing plans—including content, programmatic, influencer, and partner channels.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to track ROI, KPIs, and continuously optimize spend and performance.
�� Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a critical connector across product, creative, analytics, and channel execution teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision—ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively across stakeholders, from executive leadership to working teams.
�� What You Bring
Experience & Background
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including both brand and product marketing roles.
- Ideally someone who managed non-retail products—service, e-commerce or online presence.
- Proven success with GTM and campaign strategy for known product or CPG brands—agency or in-house.
- Background in digital-first environments; understands traditional and modern marketing channels.
- Experience managing large budgets and understanding financial levers of campaign success.
- Experience managing $50ML + budget.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing or Business preferred.

�� Additional Details�� Requirements:Must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of our core locations: Columbia, MD | Downtown Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN | Chandler, AZ. Willingness to work 4 days in-office as part of a hybrid model.
