We’re seeking a Digital Project Manager to backfill a key role within our creative operations team, supporting our Education Client. This is a dual-role position that combines digital project management with AI innovation consulting, and is ideal for someone with a strong creative sensibility and operational mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital and web projects, including net-new pages and updates within an ongoing site redesign initiative.

  • Collaborate closely with the web and content teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of web content.

  • Oversee and optimize creative workflows, including tools like Workfront.

  • Act as a thought partner and strategic resource for AI integration into creative processes—helping the team stay ahead of emerging trends and tools.

  • Support the continued evolution of our creative operations by recommending process improvements and automation opportunities using AI.

  • Operate within an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, prioritization, and task tracking.

  • Maintain clear communication across teams while managing a limited number of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Project Manager, Marketing/Creative Operations, ideally in an agency or in-house marketing team.

  • Strong knowledge of Workfront or similar project management tools.

  • Demonstrated experience working in creative operations and managing workflows across digital campaigns.

  • Keen understanding of AI tools and trends, especially within creative and content teams—this role requires strategic thinking over tactical execution.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital content development lifecycles.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with in-progress initiatives.

  • Based in Chicago or Baltimore preferred. Can also be remote

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
