This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to:
- Shape the Narrative: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the brand’s social calendar, identifying key moments and cultural trends to activate on.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights, including social listening, to inform your strategy and ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
- In-Product Magic: Develop and implement innovative in-product activations that delight users and complement existing brand initiatives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams, including Communications and Product, to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
- Measurement and Learning: Own the brand’s social learning agenda, collaborating with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the strategy for the brand’s paid social boosting program, targeting key demographics for audience growth and expansion.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, including crisis management, public affairs, and/or social analytics.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and executive communications.
- Proficiency with social measurement tools and datasets (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft data-driven narratives.
- A passion for online communities and digital culture.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a drive to solve complex challenges.
- Experience collaborating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Experience leading agency partners.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance insights, strategy, and/or operations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.57 to $78.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
