As an Online Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Execute tactical components of marketing campaigns, adhering to established processes.
  • Maintain meticulous campaign documentation and track any arising issues.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for campaign deliverables, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Generate regular status reports and updates, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign progress.
  • Follow established workflows for campaign implementation.
  • Contribute to team documentation of best practices and learnings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Support the implementation of team initiatives and process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues with marketing campaigns to launch managers.
  • Maintain launch management readiness tracking and metrics reporting, providing valuable insights into campaign performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entertainment, Visual Media Arts, Film, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing internship or professional experience (e.g., movie trailer company, ad sales, large tech companies, or other streaming companies).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel is a must) and Google Docs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the entertainment/media industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign management.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Background in digital marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Salesforce, Smartsheets, Airtable, Asana, etc.).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.80 to $29.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
