**This is a remote role open to authorized, W2 talent who are located within the Eastern Timezone and able to flex to collaborate with colleagues in Europe**
Are you a UX Researcher passionate about shaping the future of design systems? This is your opportunity to make a significant impact at a global healthcare company partnering with Aquent. You will be a key player in defining and measuring the success of a cutting-edge, theme-able design system for commercial product digital experiences. This role offers the chance to lead, innovate, and collaborate with a talented team while contributing to a critical initiative.
As a UX Researcher, you will:
- Define success metrics for a new theme-able design system, focusing on the end-to-end user onboarding experience.
- Plan and execute user research activities, including user interviews and usability testing.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize insights, and identify pain points.
- Develop and implement recommendations to improve the design system and achieve key results.
- Ensure alignment with existing and evolving design system standards, including global parent design system standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on design system strategy and implementation.
- Assist in piloting end-to-end design system workflows.
- Evolve and maintain design system assets to meet user needs.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX research, with a focus on design systems.
- Expertise in planning and conducting user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with design systems and understanding of design system principles.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
