Overview: We’re looking for a talented Go-to-Market Art Director to develop compelling visual assets that communicate our client’s groundbreaking concept to high-profile stakeholders, including sports commissioners, entertainment executives, and major venue operators.
In this contract position, you will collaborate with a startup-like team within our client’s organization to create materials (presentation, case study, videos, etc.) that the sales team will use to communicate our client’s value proposition to their target stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform complex business strategies and value propositions into clean, inspirational visual assets
- Create presentation materials for both in-person meetings and standalone distribution
- Develop case studies that communicate client success stories in an engaging, digestible format
- Design sales collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, and supporting materials
- Collaborate on potential video content and animations as the project evolves
- Work within the client’s brand guidelines while having creative freedom to innovate
- Translate technical product concepts into emotionally compelling narratives
What You Will Bring:
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience working on conceptual pitches and/or high-level client presentations within a start-up, agency, or equivalent environment
- Portfolio demonstrating experience translating complex products/concepts into clean visual assets
- Proven track record creating go-to-market materials and sales collateral
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency required)
- Experience designing case studies and business-focused materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Fast-paced work style with urgency and responsiveness
- Comfort working in undefined/blue-sky creative spaces
- Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Nice-to-Have
- Agency or client-facing design experience
- Startup or agile company environment background
- Experience with video content creation and animations
- Knowledge of the entertainment/sports/ticketing industry
- B2B sales material design experience
- Loom or similar video integration experience
Project Details
- Timeline: 2-3 week intensive sprint (40 hours/week) followed by ongoing maintenance
- Start Date: Flexible, materials needed by the end of July/early August
- Work Style: Fully remote with rapid digital communication
- Deliverables: PowerPoint presentations, PDF case studies, sales collateral
- Single Point of Contact: Direct collaboration with hiring manager (no committee feedback)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
