As a Project Manager within the Legal & Compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies, mitigating emerging risks, and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. Your expertise will directly impact the effectiveness of enforcement and legal/regulatory compliance, contributing to a safer online environment for millions of users.
Be a driving force in a high-impact role:
- Spearhead the development and execution of strategic goals for core legal and compliance workflows.
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators to assess program health and effectiveness.
- Design and implement robust operational processes and systems for efficient reporting and risk mitigation.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to identify efficiency gains and process improvements.
- Negotiate and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions, optimizing processes and increasing maturity.
- Ensure stakeholder accountability for operational readiness, maintaining positive relationships.
- Deliver clear and concise communications regarding root cause analysis, escalations, and business recommendations.
- Stay informed about the company’s strategic and legal position, delivering industry-leading outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management, with a focus on legal and compliance.
- 8+ years of experience specifically in project and/or program management.
- Proven ability to use data for problem-solving and solution development.
- Experience in the Legal, Public Policy, or Regulatory space (operations, audit, control management, etc.).
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience developing and improving operational systems and tools.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and set clear priorities.
- Experience in risk management and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78.15 to $86.84 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
