As a Supply & Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end inventory planning for a specific segment of the North America business. You will be the go-to person for all things inventory planning, working closely with various teams to ensure product demand syncs with production timelines, while proactively addressing potential supply chain disruptions. This role is critical for maintaining optimal inventory levels and driving efficient product delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • End-to-End Supply & Inventory Planning: Manage the regular purchasing of finished goods, ensuring timely execution to support business strategies.
  • Supply Health Management: Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and analyze opportunities for optimizing supply efficiency. Make strategic decisions regarding delivery timing and revenue opportunities to maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including Demand & Supply Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Global Supply & Manufacturing Partners, to ensure alignment on inventory targets and delivery expectations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity. Provide regular updates to business partners on inventory status and performance.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation: Address and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely purchasing, on-time delivery, and overall inventory health.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize planning tools, and refine inventory management practices.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of relevant supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous situations.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.99 to $43.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
