As a key member of the Product Information Management (PIM) team, you’ll be the gatekeeper of pristine product data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle. As a Product Data Specialist within the PIM organization, you will play a vital role in managing product information, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Your expertise in data management will be essential to maintaining data integrity and supporting critical business processes.
What You’ll Do:

  • Manage global product data, ensuring alignment with product creation timelines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Development, and Merchandising) to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in product data management.
  • Support the integration of product data into downstream systems.

Must-Haves:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data management, product lifecycle management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • High proficiency with data and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivots, and formulas).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.40 to $26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
