Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media updates.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage with target audiences.
• Analyze social media performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to engage with industry influencers and thought leaders.
• Manage daily social media interactions, responding to comments and inquiries.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in social media management.
• 4-6 years of experience with web analytics tools.
• 4-6 years of experience in writing (documentation, blogs, marketing copy).
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing for short-form video platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO and SEM.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.92 to $49.92 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
