As a Field Marketing Manager, you will design and execute innovative field marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, manage executive events, and create compelling content that resonates with key decision-makers. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making a direct contribution to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute field marketing campaigns, including executive engagement events, webinars, trade shows/conferences, sponsorships, and email campaigns.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Create and deliver engaging webinars, from concept to execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing programs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, utilizing project management tools such as Salesforce, Airtable, or Asana.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B field marketing, with a focus on sales enablement.
• Experience working for large, established companies, demonstrating an understanding of complex organizational structures and processes. A BBA or MBA will be considered in the absence of large company experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful executive engagement programs.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Salesforce, Airtable, or Asana.
• Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging webinars.
• Experience in event marketing management, including logistics and on-site execution.
• Data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on measuring and analyzing campaign performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to design compelling agendas and content for customer events.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
• Experience developing and executing email campaigns.
• Experience with webinar development and execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.34 to $58.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
