This role goes beyond simply managing projects—it’s about orchestrating a symphony of creativity and efficiency. You’ll be the central point of contact, collaborating with production teams, translation partners, and marketing leads to ensure flawless execution. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in navigating a high volume of assets, all while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively manage the production and delivery of digital and print marketing assets, ensuring timely execution across all channels.
  • Masterfully prioritize schedules to meet deadlines, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Champion consistency in delivery methods for creative assets across multiple projects and vehicles.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal production and external translation teams to ensure on-time asset delivery.
  • Partner with vehicle leads, delivery management, channel operations teams, and agencies to guarantee accuracy and timeliness of project execution.
  • Collaborate with production and agencies to deliver creative assets that meet specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience in program/delivery/digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and track a high volume of assets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a clear understanding of broader business goals.
  • Proven experience using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to cultivate effective partnerships across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the beauty or retail industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.57 to $47.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
