Join a Fortune 500 retail leader revolutionizing the advertising landscape as an Account Manager. You’ll be a key player in a rapidly expanding retail media network, collaborating with top brands to craft innovative advertising campaigns that reach millions. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful advertising partnerships. You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and exceeding client expectations. Your expertise in project management, communication, and problem-solving will be essential to navigating the complexities of this fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and providing timely updates.
  • Oversee the creative development process, collaborating with clients and the creative team to bring their visions to life.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to activate, traffic, and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Lead client meetings, sharing key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization and upselling.
  • Manage campaign budgets and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal partners, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams.
  • Proactively stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing your knowledge to elevate team performance.

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of client services/account management experience in a direct/digital marketing agency or a combination of agency/client side.
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem-solving.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in a retail media environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
