As a Marketing Manager with our client, a Fortune 500 company, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of retail healthcare experiences. This is your chance to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving innovative pilot programs and transforming how customers interact with health and wellness in a retail setting.
This exciting role puts you at the forefront of developing and implementing customer-centric strategies. You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking healthcare initiatives to life. This includes crafting compelling creative briefs, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across all locations. You will own the end-to-end project delivery for innovative physical format experience strategies and pilot initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead the development and execution of engaging in-store initiatives, focusing on optimizing strategic pilot formats.
- Develop creative briefs that capture the essence of format initiatives and optimize the customer experience.
- Create comprehensive measurement plans to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Analyze data from various sources to inform strategies and enhance messaging, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Creative, and other key stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the production and distribution of signage and materials, maintaining the integrity of the envisioned experience.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and submit accurate financial forecasts.
- Develop clear and consistent field-facing communications for key projects, ensuring effective information dissemination.
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in delivering formats and pilots.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or store operations with a strong understanding of business, retail, and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, store experience, or retail agency/strategy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience working with internal and external partners across different levels.
- Prior experience working with creative agencies, providing strategic direction, and ensuring brand alignment.
- A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of the in-store retail environment and the end-to-end consumer shopping experience.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with experience management platforms like Medallia.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
