You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-quality printed materials, impacting internal and external stakeholders. As a Print Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for the complete print production cycle, from project intake to final delivery. You’ll collaborate with creative teams, manage print vendors, and ensure the timely execution of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Hours: 9 am – 6 pm ET
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily workflow and on-time delivery of print teams across multiple locations.
- Monitor job queues, assess capacity, assign tasks, and lead print projects, including providing cost estimates.
- Manage print vendor relationships, outsource projects, and process invoices.
- Execute printing of large, complex, and time-sensitive projects.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress, staffing, and workload.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring adherence to checklists for every project.
- Serve as the main point of contact for creative staff and clients, providing status updates and resolving issues.
- Maintain organized file systems by deleting outdated print files.
- Manage all phases of projects, including customer service, documentation, and communication.
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma (college degree a plus)
- Six+ years of print experience, including managing high-profile, complex projects.
- Two+ years of project coordination experience with complex projects.
- Experience leading teams to exceed customer expectations and meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of print equipment (copiers/printers, binding equipment, cutters, staplers).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and project management software.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, managing a high volume of work.
- Ability to work independently and lead print projects.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, moving, and lifting materials.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.20 to $33.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
