Overview

As a key member of the design team, you’ll translate fashion trends into compelling concepts, developing original designs for apparel. Your keen eye for style, color, and fabric will be essential in creating innovative and market-right collections. You’ll collaborate with sourcing and materials development teams, ensuring seamless execution from concept to creation.
What You’ll Do:

• Create original design concepts, incorporating style, color, and fabric trends
• Produce sketches and present seasonal design proposals
• Analyze current and upcoming fashion trends
• Partner with sourcing and materials development teams
• Provide fit and body block information and participate in fit sessions

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in girls’ or women’s design (knits or wovens)
• Proficiency in and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.27 to $41.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
