Aquent Studios is looking for a SEO Copywriter within the Beauty Industry! This position is remote, but requires you work in EST!
This is 20 hours a week starting in July!
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Boost brand awareness, discoverability, and conversion rates by writing new copy, optimizing existing copy and creating engaging, consumer-facing digital content experiences in support of brand marketing initiatives
•Write clear, persuasive product and technical copy for all elements of the digital marketing mix including landing pages, product detail pages, category landing pages, blog, email, sms and banner copy
•Execute global digital copy strategy on 360° campaigns to provide support for launches and key marketing hallmarks
•Implement SEO/keyword research insights across all applicable touchpoints to create high-converting and strategic copy that builds consumer confidence across brand website
•Optimize product detail pages, category landing pages and blog posts by developing robust,searchable copy including metadata + above/below-the-fold content: product description copy, detailed FAQs, charts, promotional banners, annotated product images, and more
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, site, public relations, social and external vendors to bring products to life digitally for digital copy needs
•Ensure the highest level of content discoverability to acquire organic traffic and revenue
• Responsible for working cross functionally with internal and external teams to identify content opportunities and manage projects from conception through execution and support measurement of results after implementation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•BS/BA degree required
••3-5 years copywriting experience optimized towards SEO
•Experience writing in the beauty industry
•Solid technical and SEO-related copy creation experience within digitally led marketing organization
•Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users
•Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful relationships within a team and cross-functionally
•Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability and project management
•Ability to juggle multiple projects, and work within strict deadlines
•Entrepreneurially spirited; strong work ethic and customer drive
•Flexibility and adaptability in an evolving business environment
•Understanding of SEO tools like SEMRush, Conductor, Ahrefs and experience with keyword research
•Proficiency in Google Analytics
•Knowledge of link building
• Knowledge of ecommerce UX best practices
TASKS, DUTIES &; RESPONSIBILITIES
•60% Execute SEO keyword strategies across all digital content and Identify opportunities for optimizing existing content and creating new content to increase organic share of voice
•20% Day to day content need organization and execution
•Translate objectives into clear and actionable work plans, working closely with creative and development teams to manage the timely coordination of all initiatives and effort
•Clearly communicate initiative management expectations to team members and stakeholders
•10% Optimize internal linking structures to maximize rankings across our keyword portfolio•
10% Evangelize the importance of SEO throughout the organization and educate other teams on SEO

Other Requirements
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $48/HR Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
