Digital Specialist

Elevate your project management skills and dive into the dynamic world of digital content. As a Digital Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind captivating e-commerce experiences, collaborating with a team of creatives and marketers to bring exciting products to life online. Partnering with a global leader in the beauty industry through Aquent, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how consumers interact with cutting-edge beauty products.

As a Digital Specialist, you will:

• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring alignment on content needs and objectives.
• Orchestrate photoshoots from pre-production planning to post-production wrap-up, coordinating with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the flow of product samples and materials for e-commerce content creation, including packshots, texture shots, and model castings.
• Support the team in adhering to e-commerce guidelines and executing successful e-commerce events, ensuring timely Q4 releases.
• Handle purchase orders and invoices for the e-commerce team, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling product description briefs that capture the essence of each product.
• Oversee the entire process of uploading assets to the database, including securing usage rights agreements for each asset.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in digital or content production.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.86 to $24.29 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
