Our leading automotive retailer is seeking an Art Director / Sr. Digital Designer on an ad-hoc basis. This is a very part-time W2 role (0-15 flexible hours / week) and they are specifically looking for a Freelancer that has their own clients and is just seeking additional work. This role is not a fit for someone who is seeking full-time work. 

In this role, you  will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, on-brand, highly-impactful creative in support of the brand and marketing content. This role requires critical thinking, B2C and B2B design expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with others. Our creative
development process is an iterative approach with consideration of creative, strategic, and performance analytics feedback to improve and evolve work. The team takes a full-funnel approach messaging at every step of the journey across platforms. Animated display, social creative, and digital
promotion are just a part of the campaign work you’ll develop with this team.

What you’ll do:
 Deliver creative within brand guidelines
 Translate creative briefs & ideas into compelling visuals 
 Collaborate within a cross-functional team with other designers, copy, and strategy
 Fulfill multiple project requests within defined deadlines
 Present creative ideas effectively and be able to manage and implement feedback
 Ensure creative projects are prioritized appropriately and delivered on time and on strategy

What you’ll bring:
 Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
 Excellent visual design skills
 Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, and an understanding of brand guidelines and narrative
 Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly-effective graphics
 Proven ability to design marketing collateral, digital and social ads, and other digital marketing formats
 A minimum of 3 years work experience, ideally 5-10, preferably within an agency environment or in-house with a national consumer brand
 Ability to translate business goals into world-class design. It’s not just about making something beautiful – we consider the target audience, conversion goals, and more
 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45-50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
