As a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user support experience. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and testing Help Center content and customer support responses. Your expertise will also extend to optimizing content for Generative AI, ensuring seamless integration and a superior user experience. Collaborating closely with product and operations teams, you’ll translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and empathetic support materials. This role requires a data-driven approach, using insights to inform content decisions and advocate for improvements to the overall support experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, test, and refine Help Center articles and customer support responses.
  • Create and optimize content for Generative AI integration.
  • Implement and champion content standards and best practices.
  • Leverage data analysis to inform content decisions and improve support experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Test products and translate technical knowledge into user-friendly documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear and effective support messaging.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in a technical writing or content strategy role.
  • 6+ months of experience creating content for Generative AI.
  • Proven critical thinking and editorial judgment, particularly with complex and sensitive topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create online help content and customer support responses for social media and/or mobile apps.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency with project management tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Project management experience, including navigating ambiguity and prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience with data analysis, XML editing, and AI tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.87 to $59.86 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
