About the Role:
Our Client invests heavily in experiential marketing across their portfolio, executing over 100,000 events annually. These range from retail sampling to large-scale Tier 1 non-premise events. With the growing scale and complexity of these activations, there is an increasing need for focused production oversight and an in-house expert to manage costs and quality effectively.

Primary Objectives:

  1. Business as Usual: Serve as the in-house Senior Brand Producer and production consultant, ensuring optimal cost and quality outcomes across experiential productions, with an initial focus on projects exceeding $400K in budget.

  2. Asset Planning and Development: Collaborate with brand and trade teams to manage event assets and lifecycle planning aligned with sustainability and efficiency goals.

Secondary Objective:
3. Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and rollout of production best practices and guidelines to drive consistency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business as Usual & Asset Management

  • Manage production oversight and cost control for experiential projects across North America and Global Business Teams, focusing initially on productions with budgets over $400K.

  • Ensure agencies deliver work aligned with established production guidelines.

  • Lead agency onboarding and compliance with production standards.

  • Maintain and update monthly reports and a weekly production tracker.

  • Evaluate incoming briefs with category leads, recommending agile, sustainable production models.

  • Partner with brand teams on asset planning and lifecycle management to maximize resource efficiency.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of updated production guidelines.

  • Develop and manage reuse guidelines and tracking systems with agency collaboration to promote sustainability.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in event production, working with agencies, studios, and vendors.

  • Proven expertise in improving production processes within complex, multi-brand environments.

  • Preferably experienced in beverage alcohol categories, including on-premise, off-premise, and non-premise channels.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of experiential activations from small to large-scale events.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate internally and with external partners.

  • Solid experience in budget management, financial reporting, invoicing, and project management.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable with a rigorous work ethic.

  • Deep understanding of event production techniques, technologies, and workflows.

  • Ability to integrate seamlessly with brand teams and maintain a collaborative, yet assertive, approach with agencies and vendors.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75.00 to $80.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
