Project Overview:
Our client—a leading global consumer packaged goods (CPG) company—is launching a major internal campaign titled Fuel the Growth Initiative and is seeking a freelance Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer to support a key content deliverable: a 60-second internal video.
This project is focused strictly on post-production—editing and animation. All footage and core assets will be provided. You’ll collaborate closely with the company’s in-house communications team to deliver a polished, on-brand video that energizes and informs internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Edit a dynamic 60-second internal video using pre-shot content and provided brand assets.

Design and implement motion graphics and animations to support the messaging and visual appeal.

Incorporate voiceovers, music, and transitions in alignment with the client’s brand standards.

Work closely with the internal communications team to revise and finalize the video based on feedback.

Deliver high-quality, final video files in all necessary formats and resolutions.
Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing corporate or brand-aligned motion design and video editing work.

Experience creating content for internal corporate communications is a strong plus.

Ability to work efficiently, manage feedback rounds, and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Estimated Duration: 4–8 weeks
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $60.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
