We are seeking a creative partner to produce a compelling launch video introducing the new visual identity for a historic indoor track & field series for girls and women, now entering its 50th season. This program celebrates decades of athletic achievement and educational scholarships, inspiring a strong sense of personal growth and community.

Project Scope:

  • Produce a visually engaging video chronicling the evolution of the program’s logo across four distinct eras over 50 years.

  • Highlight the significance of the newly designed 50th Anniversary logo and visual identity system, which reflects a modern, empowering, and inclusive brand aligned with the program’s values.

  • The video will serve as the key marketing asset to generate excitement and engagement for the upcoming milestone season launch.

Objectives:

  • Deliver a polished, finalized video by September 12, 2025 (hard deadline).

  • Showcase the new 50th Anniversary branding with a fresh, modern, and inspiring tone.

  • Celebrate the program’s legacy, emphasizing athleticism, empowerment, scholarship opportunities, and community impact.

  • Build anticipation and buzz ahead of the season launch on September 17, 2025, incorporating the campaign messaging “Ready. Set. Dream.”

  • Blend modern design with nostalgic elements to evoke the rich history of the Games.

Video Content Requirements:

  • Visual timeline and montage illustrating logo evolution from the original through the current and new identity.

  • Use of archival assets including program covers, photos, and historic footage.

  • Integration of pre-recorded speeches and campaign content to articulate the program’s mission and impact.

  • Tone should be uplifting, inspiring, and celebratory.

Design & Tone:

  • Modern yet nostalgic, reflecting both legacy and forward-looking optimism.

  • Empowering and inclusive, celebrating the strength and spirit of the athletes.

Provided Assets:

  • Brand book with new visual identity guidelines (logos, color palette, typography).

  • Digitized archival photos and program covers.

  • Archival video footage (in progress).

  • Recent season photo and media archive.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $60.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
