Catalog Specialist

Overview

Our client is hiring a Selection Excellence Catalog Specialist to join a team of talented and dedicated individuals responsible for supporting the global business. This role will primarily own oversight of the Selection Excellence review process for all content submitted. This work will directly impact content acquisition, royalties, and customer engagement, and you will partner with internal content acquisition, operations, and tech teams to test and scale processes that help grow the selection of quality, highly engaging content. You will manage the SOP for all selection excellence reviews.

A successful candidate will be able to show demonstrated success in working backwards from the customer, superior attention to detail, diving deep to understand customer needs and preferences, driving change through clear, articulate communication, and holding the highest standards on data quality and analytical rigor. He or she will be able to effectively evaluate benefits and risks and use high judgment to make recommendations to leaders. This person should be organized and able to use mechanisms to drive productivity, high accuracy, actionable insights, and coordination across teams. A good candidate will have strong written and verbal communications skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to influence others, and a passion for digital video.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing live titles and categorizing them on client’s streaming app
• Managing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all selection excellence reviews
• Partnering with internal teams to test and scale processes for quality content selection

**Required Skills**

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Analytical skills for data quality assessment
• Organizational skills for managing processes and workflows

**Preferred Skills**

• Experience with data analysis tools or platforms
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Understanding of digital video platforms and technologies

**Industry Experience**

• Digital entertainment, streaming video.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.29 to $36.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
