We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager with exceptional deliverable management skills, workback tracking expertise, plus PowerPoint and design experience to support a Creative Director. This role requires the ability to work both in Excel, and to develop compelling, strategic slide presentations that help articulate the client’s creative vision and strategy. We seek individuals that can manage high-volume, high-impact creative initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, production management, cross-functional team management, and plays a critical role in ensuring that brilliant ideas become scalable deliverables that drive the events business forward. You will be responsible for supporting the team that creates best-in-class events, activations, designs, and experiences for our flagship AI Tour event. You will reliably drive cross-functional teams and projects towards successful and on-time/on-budget completion.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at translating complex parallel processes into trackable and actionable plans. Additionally, they can create and shape compelling executive-facing decks that help secure cross-team buy-in, and alignment from leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the right hand to the Creative Director supporting the overarching design goals, milestones, and deliverables
• Lead and drive workback schedules for multiple, concurrent event related projects from inception to delivery
• Define, track, and report on the execution of multiple simultaneous design projects with a high volume of deliverables
• Create process where process is currently missing, and improve process where improvements will drive greater efficiency and visibility for complex cross-functional teams
• Function as a point of contact for multiple assigned projects and coordinate between project leads, keeping everyone up to date and on-track.
• Communicate project status and details to creatives, designers, directors, producers, program managers, vendors, and leadership
• Identify and mitigate project risks/dependencies via daily communication CD
• Drive ongoing evaluation of project and event status with CD
• Coordinate workback schedules, standardize timelines, and provide agency work briefs as applicable for projects under direction of CD
• Create and deliver clear, polished, and strategic executive presentations that communicate project goals, progress, and creative rationale
• Serve as a steady force in a high-velocity environment—navigating shifting priorities with resilience and clarity
• Anticipate and remove blockers before they escalate, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
• Advocate for creative excellence while balancing brand, business, and operational needs.

Qualifications for Creative Producer: Visual Communications Program Manager
• The candidate will have 5+ years’ creative project management experience (preferably in a fast-paced agency environment) driving deliverable execution for event and digital deployment in all marketing channels.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills are essential to succeeding in this role while managing critical assets and assistance with 1st and 3rd party asset approvals. The candidate must be a self-starter, master multi-tasker, a great communicator, and a proactive planner to succeed.
• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment via exceptional time management skills is critical.
• It will be necessary for the candidate to be able to facilitate solutions to process breakdowns and prevent repetitive issues from reoccurring project to project.
• The ability to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently is a must.
• Strong interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills with the proven ability to work with and build win-win relationships with creative teams and non-technical teams. When conflicts occur, you bring people together, with careful listening, mitigation, and resolution skills.
• A high level of enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and drive for results.
