Marketing Generalist (Retail Experience Preferred)

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Retail Branch Expansion & Relocation Support:
  • Maintain tracking documents: Review weekly Corporate Real Estate Project Report and to update and maintain branch open data, grand opening event budget, post-event reporting, etc.
  • Partner with the Events Team to guide grand opening event strategy and logistics: Join grand opening discovery calls with Events team and branches to set expectations for grand opening event planning process. Join grand opening event kick-off calls with the Events team and branches to provide an overview of the grand opening event experience and invitation strategy.
  • Manage branch grand opening communications and act as the main point of contact for the branches: Share recap of kick-off calls with events team and branch team, and provide RSVP reminders to branch team, generate final guest list from Salesforce for Events team.
  • Local Marketing SharePoint Site Updates: Maintain internal information hub content related to branch openings and grand opening events, adding new information as needed.
  • Update and maintain branch grand opening collateral: Includes invitation and confirmation email templates, branch event

Experience:

• 5+ years marketing and project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Workfront a plus, but not required
• Experience with Salesforce
• Ability to collaborate with a range of partners across marketing and the business.
• Organized, attention to detail, strategic thinker, strong project management skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.20 to $38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
