Senior Email Developer

This role can be fully remote or hybrid based out of Dallas, TX. 

This team is currently working remotely, but this role could go hybrid in the future. 

There is a strong preference for talent local to the Dallas market.

Hours: 7AM -3:30 PM CST

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, quality controlling and releasing assigned email marketing campaigns. Makes edits to existing assets to ensure quality and accuracy of email campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develops and deploys interactive digital marketing projects to include emails based on the ecommerce promotional calendar and email best practices.

• Collaborates with copywriters, ecommerce search team and marketing specialists to create emails, customer journeys, email banners, and email marketing initiatives.

• Works with the creative team to transfer their vision for the brand and content / storytelling strategy into the correct online interpretation.

• Develops templates that are consistent with design standards and approved style guides.

• Deliver completed work to include JPGs, PSDs, animations, mockups and wireframes, MS PowerPoint, CSS/HTML files.

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns through email, push notifications and SMS

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in email development, creative layout, design and execution. 

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop), HTML, CSS, JavaScript are required. 

• Preferably someone who has worked in a marketing platform (Braze) with experience utilizing dynamic content to create personalization and automated templates utilizing Moveable Ink and or Liquid.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
