Scope of work:
Utilizing a new customer and employee segmentation strategy that has been launched to:
- Update talent profiles on behalf of and under the direction/guidance of the HR Business Partner
- Build playbooks and guides to inform and train the frontline workforce of this new strategy and the new segments; will include customer and employee experience mapping design
- Based on the revised employee segments and strategy, determining priority questions that hiring managers may use in interviewing candidates for each segment during the hiring process
Utilizing a new store selling and service model:
- Designing and developing change training to inform frontline workforce of new selling and service model
- Training contents will require customization for different audience segments (e.g., Regional or District Manager v. Store Associate)
- Determining and supporting content launch/implementation to the frontline workforce; potentially also supporting some facilitation where needed
Ideal skills and experiences:
- Understanding/knowledge of change management and fundamentals of training/adult learning
- Worked in corporate environment building trainings and materials for a frontline workforce
- Experience having worked in an HR organization / understanding of Talent fundamentals
- Instructional design – ability to design, develop, and launch learnings/trainings/programs that can be delivered in various formats/modalities for a frontline workforce
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46 to $51 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
